1. Scope
LFBL provides consultations, preliminary eligibility reviews, financial-readiness advisory and structured proof of funds cash backing support for genuine travel opportunities.
2. No visa guarantee
LFBL does not issue visas, represent an embassy, influence immigration decisions or guarantee approval. Decisions remain solely with the relevant authority.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, disclose the true purpose of the request, comply with applicable laws and avoid any fraudulent, misleading or unlawful use of the service.
4. Eligibility
Every request is subject to review, availability, compliance checks and agreed terms. LFBL may decline or discontinue a request where information is incomplete, inconsistent or raises legal or compliance concerns.
5. Fees and payment
Fees, payment milestones and service scope are communicated before commencement. Payment does not guarantee visa approval.
6. Confidentiality
Information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to legal disclosure obligations.
7. Timelines
Any timeline provided is an estimate dependent on client responsiveness, eligibility and circumstances beyond LFBL’s reasonable control.
8. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, LFBL is not responsible for embassy decisions, policy changes, third-party delays, travel losses or outcomes outside the agreed service scope.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Effective date: 18 July 2026.
